Our factory is originally founded in 1993 and has a site area of 80, 000 square meter and 286 employees, annual production capacity is 20, 000 tons. We possess 6 sets of intermediate frequency smelting furnace, 7 sets of centrifugal casting machine, 4 sets of jet quenching machines, 10sets heat treatment furnaces, 14 sets of CNC lathe and more than 50 sets of other machining lathe, We are equipped with spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, high resolution microscope, material laboratories and other inspection equipments to guarantee the quality.
Our products cover various kinds of static and centrifugal casting rolls& roll rings with different materials, for example, graphite steel, adamite, SG, chilled iron, ICDP, HiCr iron and steel, HSS, tungsten carbide etc for steel plants. And we also produce different kinds wear block and plate, hammer, crusher tooth, lining pipe and elbow, roll sleeve etc with different material, such as Bimetal HiCr, HiMn, high alloy wear resistance steel and iron, especially with special wear resistance overlayer.
