Our factory is located in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, China, with a self-owned manufacturing base occupying an area of 50000 square meters.

SAE workshops are dust-proof and anti-static to ensure neat production environment for high quality standard. The production lines are well equipped with modern facilities, such as automatic multi-functional surface mounting equipment, 8 zones reflow soldering equipment, AOI, SPI, program controlled aging system, etc. These provide great contribution to fast production and delivery. Every month, SAE is capable of producing more than 100000 LED auto lights, serving our worldwide customers from over 50 countries.

During every production step, SAE always strictly accord with ISO9001/IATF16949 international quality control system standard to assure the product quality. A team of 18 QA/QC personnel work hard to control quality from the very beginning of outsourced materials to final products. Before every piece of SAE light is dispatched, it must 100% go through whole process of multi-inspection. Moreover, because of systematic and humanistic factory management, SAE gets high scores in annual assessment and audit for social responsibility, human rights, employee and environmental protection.
