JIANGSU DAQO ENCLOSED BUSBAR SYSTEMS CO.,LTD (original Jiangsu Changjiang Wote Electrical Co.,Ltd), a subordinate of DAQO GROUP, is a national high-class enterprise founded in 1994. Jiangsu Daqo Enclosed Busbar Systems Co.,Ltd produces all bus duct system types for almost any application, and also produces all interconnection equipment such as neutral grounding cubicles, potential transformer and surge protection cubicles, disconnect switches, temperature monitoring devices, generator neutral tie connections and enclosures, forced air cooling equipment, current transformer metering and relaying equipment, bus pressurization equipment, space heaters and hydrogen seals and hydrogen gas detection equipment as per customer application, almost any interconnection equipment required to provide a complete electrical system.
Our company has experience up to 35000A application with the IPB product line and has vast established experience with generator turbine units sized 1000MW and below. Since 1995 we have produced and delivered over 600 IPB system projects which have total generating capacity in excess of 145,000MW.
As a professional in the field of enclosed bus duct manufacturing for Power System, we have been awarded certification as follows: key leading enterprise in Chinese National Electric Trade, National-level high-tech enterprise, one of information-based 500 top enterprises of China, CIMS enterprise of demonstration of national science and technology ministry 863 project and industrialization base of the State No.863 Torch Programme. All products are under the control of the quality guarantee system of ISO9001:2015.
At present, there are 350 employees in the company, including 2 Masters, 5 senior Engineers and 42 Engineers. The factory build-up area is more than 30,000 square meters. The facility as some of the latest equipment technology in the bus duct business. All major equipment, such as plate rolls machine, radial and seam welding machines and manual welding and cutting machines were imported form Sweden. In 2006, the output value is up to RMB 600 millions, annual production capacity of IPB exceeded 250 generator units and the production capacity of segregated/non-segregated phase bus duct reached to mare than 60000 meters. The products have been sold well around the world, and its share of market in China is up to fifty-five per cent, company established its leading place in the electric field in China.
Our company possesses computerized integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), applies the ERP software of Oracle company in USA, which helps us optimize enterprise organization and operation process and raises efficiency and accuracy of information communication so that we can grasp the demand of the market and customers timely and efficiently. Design process applies 3 dimensional modeling parameterization methods achieving virtual assembly and interference analysis and gap inspection so as to assure design functionality, improve manufacturing cycles and eliminate costly production errors. The projects are all designed utilizing AUTOCAD. Design parameters for the products include conformance to GB, ANSI, IEC, BS and DIN standards, giving company the ability to completely satisfy the needs of the customers.
Products of IPB has passed through the type test for 100MW, 300MW, 700MW and 1000MW unit power station, and also have the type test reports for segregated phase bus duct and Non-segregated phase bus duct for the specification of 10kv/3000A, 10kv/4500A, 10kv/6300A, 10kv/2000A, 15kv/4500A and 35kv/3500A.
Our products have gained an outstanding sales achievement though the world famous first-rate design, quality and service. The products are widely used in numerous great projects such as Three Gorges project (32×840MW), Huaneng Yuhan Power Station (4×1000MW), Shandong Zouxian County (2×1000MW) and so on.
